Fall Music Festival Ticket Purchase - October 2, 2026
- I confirm that I am 19 years of age or older. I understand that valid government-issued photo identification may be required upon entry. Guests who cannot provide acceptable identification may be denied entry without refund.
- I understand that alcohol service is subject to Ontario law and venue policies. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Alcohol service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated or unable to provide acceptable identification. I agree to drink responsibly and make appropriate arrangements for safe transportation following the event.
- I understand that tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or otherwise stated by Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible guest, subject to event requirements. Unused tickets are not eligible for refund.
- I understand that event details, including performers, schedule, vendors, activities and venue arrangements, are subject to change. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity will communicate the applicable ticket or refund options to ticket holders.
- I understand that photography and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, I acknowledge that I may appear in photographs or video that may be used by Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity for promotional, marketing, fundraising and communications purposes, including social media, website and print materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for such use.
- I understand that purchasing a ticket will add me to Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity’s communication lists and that I may unsubscribe at any time.
- I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner and to follow the directions of event staff, volunteers and venue personnel. Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, threatening or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in the event of removal for misconduct.
- I acknowledge that attendance at this event involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for my own safety and personal belongings. Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
By purchasing a ticket for Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity’s 2026 Fall Music Festival, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to all event terms, conditions, policies and acknowledgements outlined above.
